Brown. Reliable. Down-to-Earth. Stable. Earthy. Natural. Organic.

You know I have not met a single person who has claimed brown as their favorite color.  Yet, brown is so abundant all around us, and so inherently tied to foods that we love to eat – delicious chocolates, crusty breads, crispy roasted chicken.  Poor brown… it is likely the most under-appreciated color there is.
