The circumstances around the deluge is terrible, but in these two images you caught the drama, the intensity and the looming threat from the sky in a strong and telling way. It’s two excellent black and white photos with riches of tones and simple but great composition.
Thanks so much for the meaningful feedback. The clouds were like a boiling cauldron yesterday – deep, rich and constantly changing. Despite their ominous presence, they carried with them a certain beauty. They were just begging to be photographed.
I am not “like” ing this post because of the flooding and continued deluge… but I have “like”d this for the outstanding photography…
