The weather today was beautiful, and the sky was so impossibly clear and blue that it almost seemed surreal. Perhaps that is what days and days of grey skies and rain will do to one’s outlook on the weather. When I uploaded my photos to the computer today I was thrilled that I was able to capture the clarity and color of the day. The photo above almost looks fake, or even 3-D, doesn’t it? And yet, it is straight out of the camera. Sometimes photography is just that easy…
The Autumn Blaze Maple tree in my yard always seems to be in a hurry to put on its annual display. Long before any of the other trees begin to show signs of autumn, this one starts to fade into wonderful shades of orange and red. Like a teenage girl who’s giddy about her prom dress, this tree just can’t wait to show off its spectacular fall wardrobe.
