There was another school shooting today. This time in my own state. This time close to home. This time it happened in the same school district as my son’s. This time, people I know and love were directly impacted by the tragedy – friends whose children heard and saw things that no one ever should.
This time it was for Real.

I heard the new this morning about this. I cannot imagine having to deal with or go through something like this. My prayers are with all the families.
Thank you Nora. It is all so tragic, even for the boy who was the source of the violence. They are all just kids. We can’t forget that.
This falls too close to home, and I can feel your pain and concern from this tragic event. It’s one of those senseless acts that will never be understood.
