Don’t be afraid to go on a wild goose chase.  What do you think wild geese are for anyway?

Focus:  Animals/Wildlife

It was a balmy 65 degrees today so I headed over to the park.  Smith Lake, at Washington Park, was in this semi-frozen state with alternating patches of ice and puddles.  The puddles were shallow enough to act like mirrors for the geese and sky above.  I took a lot of so-so pictures of the scene (like landscapes, wildlife isn’t exactly ‘my thing’).  I chose this one because I liked how the puddle rings around the goose’s beak and feet give the photo a sense of movement.  I can’t help but look at this and wonder how I could make it better…

I just can’t resist street art/graffiti.
