My daughter’s senior prom is in a few weeks, and today we went shoe and accessory shopping. I love to shoe shop, and I am a sucker for the warehouse-style shoe stores where you can walk down aisles an aisles of shoes at your leisure without pesky salespeople bothering you. It is fun to watch others as they try on various types of shoes – from classic to outrageous, bargain to designer. Just for a moment, they relax their inhibitions and prance around in front of the mirrors just like little girls playing dress-up.
