Petting, scratching, and cuddling a dog could be as soothing to the mind and heart as deep meditation and almost as good for the soul as prayer.

We own two impossibly adorable Havanese. Edgar’s coat is a scrumptious peaches and cream color, and Howie’s is a festive salt and pepper. Both are soft as silk and petting them is a pure tactile delight. Today I wanted to celebrate the glorious coat that is so characteristic of this breed.
And just in case you were wondering, here is what they look like… I told you they were cute!

These are amazing, and so creative images. I first thought of a sheep, but nope. Just two really adorable dogs. Bet keeping their fur so pretty takes work.
Yes, I think I spend more on grooming their hair than mine :). A bonus is that their coats are non-shedding, so at least I don’t have to contend with that!
