An icy cold front moved into Denver today, bringing with it the tiniest crystal snowflakes you can imagine. The flakes were so soft and light that the slightest puff of breath would send them scattering about. These aren’t snowman-making snowflakes for sure. But they are the makings of some good champagne powder as any skier will attest.
