I’m an active person that likes to walk, run, hike, cycle.  You name it, I’m game, and I’m definitely happiest when my pedometer reads at least 10,000 steps at the end of the day.  This is even more true once spring rolls around and I can spend many of those steps outside in the wonderful weather.  Today was a particularly good day for steps – at one point this afternoon I looked down and saw I’d already clocked in 22,310 steps!  Curious what my grand total is for steps this year, I checked my app and discovered I’ve walked well over 1.4 million steps so far in 2018.  That’s nearly 720 miles – and it’s only mid-May.
