FOCUS: 30 Days of Thanks
Today, I am thankful for my 5 senses. As humans we spend so much time caught up in our thoughts and emotions that we often forget to stay in tune with our most primal human qualities. Our senses can tell us so much about the world around us, and yet to really notice them we must quiet our minds and exist in the present moment. Imagine how much richer our lives would be if we slowed down just a bit to really see, smell, taste, hear and touch the people, places and objects that exist in our lives everyday.
